You acknowledge that the success of tutoring depends on various factors, including student effort and engagement. We do not guarantee improvements in grades or exam results but strive to provide high-quality, tailored instruction to support student growth.

To book tutoring services, You may be asked to provide information relevant to Your booking, including Your name, email, phone number, address, and payment details.

You represent and warrant that:

1. You have the legal right to use any payment method(s) in connection with any booking; and
2. the information You supply is true, correct, and complete.

By submitting such information, You grant Us the right to provide it to third parties for payment processing to facilitate Your booking.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your booking at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Tutor availability
• Errors in scheduling or pricing
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

Your Cancellation Rights

You may cancel a booking with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee, as outlined in Our cancellation policy.

If You are dissatisfied with a tutoring session, You may request a refund within 3 days of the session. Refunds are subject to review and may be issued as credit for future sessions or a partial/full refund, at Our discretion.

Free trial sessions are non-refundable, as they are provided at no cost.

We strive to keep Our tutoring services and schedules accurate. However, tutors may become unavailable, or errors in scheduling or pricing may occur. We may experience delays in updating information on the Service.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information and reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Payments for tutoring services can be made through available methods, such as bank transfers, mobile payment apps, or other secure payment systems.

Payments are subject to validation checks. If We do not receive authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of services.

When creating an account, You must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding Your password and any activities under Your account. You agree not to disclose Your password to third parties and must notify Us immediately of any security breach.

You may not use a username that is offensive, unlawful, or infringes on another's rights.

Our Service allows You to post Content, such as feedback or inquiries. You are responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of Your Content.

By posting Content, You grant Us the right to use, modify, display, reproduce, and distribute it on and through the Service. You retain Your rights to Your Content and are responsible for protecting those rights.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by You for the Service or PKR 5,000 if no payment was made.
